Fudgy Brownies with Cadbury – Recipe

Here’s how to make quick fudgy brownies:


You would need these ingredients:

All purpose flour/ maida : 1 cup

Cocoa powder: 3/4 cup

Sugar: 3/4 cup (or more if you like it very sweet)

Milk: 1/2 cup

Eggs: 3 pinch of Salt

Cadbury: 3-4 bars

Butter: 8 table spoons (melted)

Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon


Once you’ve sorted the ingredients. You have to..

Mix everything except egg whites. Only add egg yolks and everything else and beat thoroughly.

Beat egg whites in a separate bowl until they make a fluffy texture. Then add this into chocolaty mixture with help of spatula. Do not mix it in a circular motion. Keep folding the chocolaty mixture over the white foam either left to right or right to left. And keep the slow pace and one direction. Once it is all blended well. Then make small chunks of cadbury chocolate and add in the mixture.

Bake it for 15-20 mins at 160 degrees and voila!
